We spent last weekend in Sunriver with Mimi (grandma) Grandpa, Uncle Griff, Aunt Jen, and the three of us. I snapped this photo of Owen and Grandpa near the condo we were in.

We celebrated Grandma's birthday at the neighborhood Mexican restaurant today, and Owen got to borrow the birthday girl's hat! Ole!

Owen has found his alternate persona, a real 'bad boy' that makes trouble all the time. When this persona comes out to play, you can call him 'The Owen'...

Owen would like us all to believe he can read. Perhaps the reality is that he can read, but his vocabulary hasn't kept up with his reading skills.

Snoozing the afternoon away

Owen spent several hours of non-stop playing today with books, legos, Max and Tucker, his walker, and just about anything else he could get his hands on.

Owen had a beauty mark for a brief amount of time this morning. We tried Cocoa Krispies today with his Phenex to see if we could integrate a few more ounces of the stuff into his daily diet. And, it worked!

Professional Snoozer

OK, Owen and Dad have to officially appologize to the world for a severe lack of blogging lately. Between being tired after the Owen-limpics, trips to Portland and Reno and summer camp, and everyone having a nasty cold, we're all a bit worn out. But, as you can see above, Owen has a solution! On this fine Saturday, Owen takes his crib for a spin. He's still not sleeping in it at night, but he's napping there quite well.
